Thank you for shopping with MIRAKO JERSEY. We appreciate your business and hope you love your new items. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. To begin the process, simply email us at [email protected].
RETURN PERIOD:
- You have a 14-day window from the day your package arrives to return any items.
- Please make sure you send the item(s) back to us within this 14-day timeframe.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
- All returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition, with original tags attached.
- Any shipping costs you paid at checkout are non-refundable.
NOTE ON SALE ITEMS & SPECIAL DEALS:
- Sale Items: For products purchased on sale, Jersey Gowan does not provide refunds. These items are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
- Sale Items: Products purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds; they may only be exchanged or returned for store credit.
- 1+1 Deals: Both items included in a 1+1 deal must be sent back together if you want a refund.
- If you choose to return only one item from the deal, we can provide an exchange (for a different size or color of the same product) for that single item, but no store credit or refund is available in this case.
- If you wish to exchange only one of the items, please return the one you’d like to exchange and keep the other.
RETURN COSTS:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will depend on your location and the courier you select.
- Our standard worldwide shipping rate for initial orders is $12, and express worldwide shipping is $30. Please be aware that return shipping fees are not covered by MIRAKO JERSEY.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME:
- Exchanges: Once we receive your request, we will process your exchange as soon as we confirm the returned item at our facility. We aim to complete exchanges within a few days after arrival.
- Refunds & Other Returns: After we receive your returned package, please allow up to 10 working days for processing. Once your refund is issued, we will notify you by email. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3 days for the funds to appear in your account.For refunds and other returns, once we receive your package, we will process it within 10 working days. What if my product is delivered faulty or damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will work with you promptly to find an appropriate solution, whether a replacement, exchange, or refund.
What if I want to return my order outside the 14-day return period?
We strongly encourage returns within 14 days. If there is a specific reason you cannot send it back within that time, please reach out to us at [email protected]. In certain cases, we may be able to arrange an exchange or offer store credit as a courtesy.
